What data does elli use?
A blend of well-being and business data such as absenteeism, turnover, engagement, HRIS, optional wearables, and data from external well-being partners.
Is employee privacy guaranteed?
Yes. Privacy is central by design. Personal data are encrypted and only shared as anonymized, aggregated insights. Individual-level information is never accessible to HR or management.
Do employees need to give consent?
Yes. elli only uses data for which employees have explicitly given consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time without consequence.
Can my employer see my personal well-being data?
No. Employers only see aggregated trends at team or organization level. elli complies with GDPR and ethical data handling standards.
Where is the data stored?
Securely within the EU, aligned with GDPR and ISO 27001 controls.
How does the implementation work?
Two phases: Intake (3-4 weeks) — define priorities and success criteria, map stakeholders and data sources, address privacy/legal/ethics, set roadmap and baseline. Implementation (8-10+ weeks) — integrate data, configure dashboards, pilot with teams, train and communicate, measure impact and recommend improvements.
What is the typical pilot duration?
Initial rollout typically takes 8-10 weeks, followed by a 12-month improvement cycle.
What does an employee see in elli?
A personal well-being companion: short scans for energy/stress, optional wearable connections, personalized tips and micro-interventions, and access to employer programs.
What is in it for HR and managers?

Will elli replace HR?
